Services Analyze
Find where AI is actually worth using.
A structured analysis of your operations to identify every AI opportunity, build detailed business cases for the strongest three, and tell you which ones are not worth building — before you commit to anything.
Find out where AI actually creates value for your business.
Tell us your pain points — within 48 hours you get a first, rough read on which use cases fit. If that convinces you, we assemble the right team from our specialist pool for your 14-day analysis.
- After 48h: a rough read on which use cases fit the pain points you described — presented briefly
- After 14 days: the full, professional analysis — carried out by specialists matched to your case from our network: Delivery / Solution Lead, Business / Process Analyst, Solution Architect, Security / Privacy Reviewer and Documentation / Presentation Specialist
- Interviews with the relevant people in your company
- Three in-depth business cases with labelled assumptions
- A board-ready presentation
- No binding, complete analysis after 48h — only a first read
- No implementation — pure analysis, no code
- No guaranteed return — only transparently labelled assumptions
The 48h read is free and non-binding. If it doesn't convince you, it ends there. If it does, the full 14-day analysis starts with the team assembled for your case.
For companies that need clarity before commitment.
If any of these situations sound familiar, this analysis is designed for you.
You know AI could help — but not where to start.
You see the potential but the landscape is too broad. Every department has ideas. None of them are comparable.
You have a list of ideas and no way to compare them.
Marketing wants a chatbot. Operations wants process automation. Both sound good. You need a framework to decide.
You've been pitched AI solutions and need independent evaluation.
Vendors are telling you what to buy. You want someone who has no stake in what you build — only that the analysis is sound.
You need a business case before your board will approve budget.
The board wants numbers: costs, expected impact, timeline, risk. You need a document that answers those questions with labelled assumptions.
You suspect some of your current AI efforts are the wrong ones.
Projects were started on momentum. Nobody has stepped back to ask whether they are still the right ones — or ever were.
If you already know exactly what to build and need a team to execute a fixed specification, start with Build instead. If you want to explore what's possible without a formal analysis, browse Use Cases and then move to Define & Build. Analyze is for companies that need clarity before they commit — not for companies that have already decided.
Seven dimensions. One coherent picture.
We look at your organization through every lens that matters for AI decisions. No dimension can be assessed in isolation.
Process & Workflow
Where work happens, where decisions are made, where handoffs create friction.
Data & Systems
What data exists, its quality and accessibility, what systems produce and consume it.
People & Skills
Who does what, where expertise lives, where capacity is stretched.
Cost & Efficiency
Current costs, bottlenecks, manual overhead, and the economics of leaving things as they are.
Risk & Compliance
Regulatory exposure, security concerns, liability — what changes when AI enters the picture.
Technology Landscape
Current stack, integrations, constraints. What your existing systems can absorb and what they cannot.
Strategic Alignment
Business goals, growth plans, competitive context. Where the company is heading and what that means for AI choices.
From many opportunities to the top three.
We don't start by narrowing to "three use cases." We start by finding everything — every process, every touchpoint, every decision where AI could change the outcome. Five, ten, fifteen or more. Then we rank.
Broad Opportunity Discovery
We identify every candidate AI application across your organization. This is deliberately broad — five, ten, fifteen or more opportunities. We don't narrow prematurely. The goal is a complete map, not an early guess.
Deep Business Cases
Only the three strongest candidates get a full business case: current baseline, proposed change, expected operational effect, implementation cost, and business value. Every assumption is labelled. No claim goes untraced.
Every opportunity lands in one of four categories. The ranking is transparent — you see why each candidate landed where it did.
Seven deliverables. Every one usable without us.
You can take these outputs to your board, to another vendor, or to your internal team. No lock-in. No format that only works with Autorea.
Opportunity Map
All candidates placed by value, effort, and readiness. A single-page view of where AI could create change across your organization.
Top 3 Business Cases
Detailed analysis for each of the three strongest candidates. Current baseline, proposed change, cost, impact. Every assumption labelled.
Prioritization Framework
The scoring model we used — value, feasibility, readiness — so you understand why each candidate landed where it did, and can re-run it later.
First-Move Recommendation
Which candidate to start with and why. The logic is explicit — you can challenge it, and you should.
Risk Assessment
What could go wrong, what we don't know yet, and what assumptions the recommendation depends on. Uncertainties are stated, not hidden.
Build vs. Buy Analysis
Where existing solutions already cover the need — so you don't build something you could procure.
Executive Presentation
A board-ready summary you can present tomorrow. Clear language, no jargon, every claim traced to evidence or labelled as an assumption.
Five steps from your operations to a clear decision.
The analysis is structured and transparent. At each step, you know what we're doing, what we need from you, and what we're producing.
Understand Your context
We learn how your business operates. One to two hours of interviews with the people who know the processes best — usually operations leads, department heads, or process owners. No consultants guessing from the outside.
Discover Our analysis
We map every AI-relevant touchpoint across your operations. Process by process, decision by decision. We look at data flows, manual handoffs, repetitive judgments, and places where better information would change outcomes.
Prioritize Our analysis
We score each opportunity on value, feasibility, and readiness. The scoring model is transparent — you see it, you can challenge it. Every candidate lands in Now, Next, Later, or Not Recommended.
Model Our analysis
We build detailed business cases for the top 3 candidates. Current baseline, proposed change, expected operational effect, implementation cost, business value. Each figure is labelled: evidence or assumption.
Decide Your decision
We deliver a clear recommendation. You decide. The outputs are yours — take them to your board, to another vendor, or to your internal team. The analysis stands on its own.
Six links. Every one labelled.
We don't present a single ROI number and call it done. We build the chain step by step so you can see exactly what's measured, what's assumed, and where the uncertainty sits.
Each link is labelled: Evidence for measured or observable facts, Assumption for reasoned estimates with stated uncertainty. No synthetic scores. No black-box models.
About five hours of your time. Results in days.
We do the heavy lifting. You provide the context that only people inside the organization have.
Sometimes the best answer is "not this, not now."
We are not paid on what you build. We are paid for the quality of the analysis. That means we can tell you what a vendor with something to sell cannot.
- The data you'd need doesn't exist, isn't accessible, or isn't reliable enough
- An existing off-the-shelf solution already covers 80%+ of the need
- The process is too variable for automation to produce reliable value
- The operational disruption of implementing the change outweighs the expected gain
- The organization isn't ready — skills, governance, or change capacity aren't in place
- The cost of being wrong is high and the certainty is low — sometimes waiting is the right move
What we promise. And what we don't.
Transparent assumptions
Every figure in our analysis is labelled. Evidence means we can show you where it came from. Assumption means we tell you our reasoning and our uncertainty. No number appears without a source label.
Vendor-neutral analysis
We have no stake in what you build, which platform you choose, or whether you build with us. The analysis is independent. If an existing SaaS product solves your problem, we'll tell you.
Usable output, no lock-in
Every deliverable is yours to keep and use however you want. Take the business cases to another vendor. Run the prioritization framework yourself next quarter. The formats are standard, not proprietary.
No guaranteed ROI
We do not promise a specific return. We provide the best analysis we can with the information available, label our assumptions, and quantify uncertainty where possible. Anyone who guarantees ROI before understanding your operations is selling, not analyzing.
Six possible outcomes. One clear recommendation.
After the analysis, you'll have a clear path forward — even if that path is "don't build anything right now."
Move to Build with a clear scope
You take the top-ranked business case into a Define & Build engagement with a validated starting point — not a blank page.
Run a second analysis on a specific area
The broad discovery surfaced a particularly promising domain. You commission a deeper analysis focused on that area alone.
Procure, don't build
The build-vs-buy analysis shows an existing solution fits. You take the requirements we documented and evaluate vendors.
Do nothing right now — intentionally
The analysis shows the cost, risk, or organizational readiness isn't there. You make an active choice to wait, with the analysis as your rationale.
Address readiness gaps first
The opportunities are real but your data, skills, or governance need work before AI can land effectively. We tell you what to fix first.
Take the analysis to another partner
You use the outputs to brief another vendor or your internal team. The analysis is yours. No hard feelings.
Clear boundaries. No surprises.
Technical implementation
No code is written. No systems are built. This is analysis, not engineering.
Vendor selection or procurement
We identify build-vs-buy candidates. We do not run RFPs or evaluate specific vendors.
Organizational redesign
We assess readiness. We don't restructure teams, redefine roles, or design new reporting lines.
Data engineering or cleanup
We assess data quality as part of feasibility. We don't clean, migrate, or integrate your data.
Guaranteed outcomes
We deliver analysis, not promises. No guaranteed ROI, no guaranteed timeline-to-value.
Questions we're asked before an analysis begins.
No. In fact, the analysis is most valuable before you've built anything. We look at your operations as they are today and identify where AI could create value. Having existing AI systems is neither required nor a problem — we assess them alongside everything else.
A workshop produces ideas. This analysis produces ranked, costed, and evidence-supported business cases. It is built from your actual processes and data, not from generic frameworks. Every claim is labelled as evidence or assumption. And it concludes with a clear recommendation — including "don't build this" when that's the right answer.
Good. Bring them. We'll include your existing ideas in the discovery process and score them on the same dimensions as everything else. Often, external analysis reveals that a pet project ranks lower than an opportunity nobody had considered.
Yes. Analyze is not mandatory. If you know exactly what you need — a specific integration, a defined automation, a clear scope of work — go directly to Build. The analysis exists for companies that need clarity before they commit, not as a gate you must pass through.
Access to the people who know your processes best — usually 3–4 interviews of about an hour each. Any existing documentation on your systems, workflows, or strategy is helpful but not required. We don't need access to your production systems or sensitive data. The analysis works with what you can share.
You do. Every deliverable — the opportunity map, the business cases, the prioritization framework, the presentation — is yours to use, share, and adapt however you want. Take it to another vendor. Run the framework again next year yourself. There is no lock-in and no restriction.
Then you've just saved the cost of building the wrong thing — which is almost always far greater than the cost of the analysis. You'll have a documented rationale for why now is not the right time, and a clear sense of what would need to change for the answer to be different. Some of our best-received analyses concluded with "not now."
