The reality of AI in business

AI creates opportunity. The hard part is making it work in the business.

AI adoption is growing fast — but value, integration, control and security do not appear automatically. The data tells a story of both progress and gaps.

Services

Start with the question that matters now.

Not every company starts in the same place. Choose the service that matches where you are. Each phase is modular — purchase only what you need.

Starting point

Unclear value

Ideas and isolated tools compete without a common measure.

  • Hours are guessed
  • Risk stays mixed with value
What Autorea does Scan and rank We compare value, effort, risk and readiness.
Outcome

Prioritised opportunity map

Three opportunities with euro impact, effort and a clear next move.

  • Top three priorities
  • Decision-ready recommendation

Find where AI is actually worth using.

We identify the relevant opportunities, prioritize them by value, feasibility, readiness and risk, and analyse the strongest three in detail — so you can decide where to invest first.

Scope and deliverables

We map where AI can create real business value — whether an AI system is already running or not.

  • Three highest-value opportunities with detailed business cases
  • Opportunity and risk map across all candidates
  • Three to four focused interviews
  • Clear recommendation for the next move
Proof over promises

Built to become yours.

Clear scope, early visible proof, documented handover and appropriate access — so the system remains yours, not ours.

What you receive

  • Clear scope and acceptance criteria before work begins
  • Early visible proof — not just a final presentation
  • Documented findings with reproducible evidence
  • Retest results where applicable
  • Structured handover with documentation

What we don't do

  • Proprietary lock-in or hidden dependencies
  • Black-box decisions without explanation
  • Ongoing mandatory contracts after delivery
  • Admin access beyond the agreed scope
  • Claims without evidence you can verify

It depends on where you are. If you don't yet know where AI is worth using, start with Analyze — it maps opportunities, risks and priorities. If you already know the exact workflow you want, you can enter through a Use Case and define it before Build. There is no mandatory starting point.

No. If you already know the Use Case you want, you can start with a focused Define step before Build. Analyze is for companies that want to find and prioritize opportunities before committing to development.

Yes. The Use Case Finder lets you explore predefined workflows. If you know the business problem you want to solve, you can select the relevant Use Case, define the scope and move into Build — without a prior analysis phase.

No. Secure is an optional service. Whether it is appropriate depends on the system's exposure, your compliance requirements and your risk tolerance. We discuss this openly — there is no automatic upsell.

Yes, depending on scope and technical access. We can test, secure or operate systems that were built elsewhere. The scope is defined and agreed before any work begins.

Go-live starts the operating phase — it does not end the system. If you choose Operate & Improve, we monitor behaviour, support incident response and use real operating information to identify agreed smaller improvements. Larger new capabilities become separate scoped Build projects.

No. Services are modular. You purchase only what you need — whether that's one analysis, one build, or ongoing operation. There is no mandatory chain and no minimum programme.

Use Cases have indicative starting prices. Final scope — and therefore price — depends on the specific workflow, number of integrations, data complexity and acceptance criteria. All of this is agreed in writing before work begins.
